Large Vintage Ethnic Woven Rug

This is a very interesting ethnic rug with a woven design consisting of 72 blocks of patterns. It is brown/ivory/gray/pink. I've never seen another weaving like this and am not quite sure where to attribute it to. It has the feel of an older Navajo rug, but the pattern, fringe and coloration suggest another weaving group. It is not a kilim rug. My best guess is that this is a South American masterpiece. The design is on both sides, and the rug is in very clean condition. No holes, or damage. It has a nice soft feel to it. I think it's much too nice to step on. It looks super when it's draped over a leather sofa! It measures about 7' x 6'.Free Domestic Shipping!
