Barton Torquay Pottery Vase with a flared rim. Slightly mottled brown glaze reminds me of the haresfur glaze made famous by Gunnar Nylund of Rorstrand. It measures 7 1/4" tall with a top diameter of 4 1/4". The base diameter is 3 1/4". It is incised "Barton Pottery Torquay" in hand written form on the base. This dates to probably circa 1922-1937.
