This is a wonderful old Mexican pottery plate. It has a faience style decoration with a pale yellow/cream background and a single large yellow flower in the center. Very nicely detailed with green, blue and brown being the other primary colors. The plate measures 11" in diameter and is 2" deep. The back is impressed with a cartouche and the words Made In Mexico. This has some very minor flaking and small chips on the rim, typically seen with these older pieces. Nothing distracting. A charming decorative piece!
