Lovely antique Royal Worcester Porcelain Platter with ivory background and delicately hand painted pink and yellow roses. The edges of the plate are fluted, slightly scalloped, and trimmed in gold gilt. The Royal Worcester stamp on the back indicates the date of manufacture to be 1893. This also has the number two in blue, as well as some impressed numbers. This is in good condition, with the exception of a tiny and very old chip on the back of the rim, as shown. As you can see, it is not visible from the front at all. There is some slight wear to the gold gilt trim. This platter measures 11 1/8" in diameter x 1 1/4" tall. This has a very deep foot-rim, and is a nice, heavy plate. It looks amazing on display and should fit nicely with your Royal Worcester collection.
