This is a splendid old French Paris Porcelain Cornucopia Vase with bronze mounted dolphin base. Beautiful hand painted floral detail on a soft blue background with gold trim. Dolphin is bronze or brass, bracket base is a patinated metal. No chips or damage. The very interior bottom of the vase has a hairline in it, not visible on the exterior and was probably caused during the mounting. It holds water and makes a very unusual little posy vase. Measures 4" in height x 2" top diameter. Base measures approx. 2 1/2" x 1 3/4". A unique old item.
