This is an unusual old Chinese Export Porcelain Pedestal Bowl with forged iron ring handles. This has a hand painted design of a Chinese woman on one side, with wisteria and birds on both sides. It measures 4 1/4" in height x 5 1/2" in top diameter. The base measures approx. 3 3/4" in diameter. This is unsigned, and probably dates to the mid to late 19th century. No chips, cracks or damage. A very unusual find.
