This black glass elephant ink blotter is shown in the book "Glass Elephants" by Myra Coe-Hixson. It is circa 1930's. This is missing one of the metal clips, but is otherwise in perfect condition. Measures 3 5/8" L x 1 3/4" W x 2 1/4" H. Probably made by the Houze Glass Company in Pennsylvania.
