This is a nice old Champleve/Bronze Incense Burner. Is is unsigned, and of unknowN origin, but obvious age/patina. The enamels range from a deep cobalt, to a royal blue, with garnet, emerald and yellow shades. The design is very art nouveau! This piece measures 2 1/2" in diameter just shy of 1/2" in height.
