Vintage Outdoor Sconce Fixture (L104)
Here's a wonderful old Arts & Crafts/English Tudor Outdoor Light Fixture. A great vintage piece with super details.
This came from the front doorway of a 1930's home. The fixture is copper with a nice naturally aged verdigree patina.
The globe is a swirled glass with beautiful sun purpling! It is mounted with metal on the bottom end. You'll notice the
spectacular old detail in the design. There was a little paint splotch on the top that has been chipped away, and it
exposes the copper beneath. See photo. Over time, this should develop a nice aged patina as well. This will also make a
fabulous indoor wall sconce. These old fixtures are so "in" right now in the latest lighting catalogs.
Measurements: This fixture measures 12" in total height x 6 1/4" from front to back. The diameter at the bottom of the glass globe is 4 1/2". The wall mount diameter is 3 1/4". Hardware: The large wall mount screw that you see in the photo is original. This fixture has a porcelain socket and will take a single, regular sized light bulb. The glass shade is mounted with 3 set screws, one of which is missing, but all it needs is 2. (These screws do not appear to be original). You will need your own mounting bracket. Condition: This is coming to you as is/shown. It's in good condition. No breaks to the metal or glass. We recommend that you rewire this. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Price: $65.00
