The heart is Hallmarked Tiffany & Co. 925. The lobster claw is hallmarked 925. Sorry, no box. The heart has some light surface scratches, amplified by the closeup. Otherwise, it's in excellent condition. We know it's hard to find a buyer with the initials "DMS" so if the monogram is bothersome, why not take off the heart and just wear this as a chain.
