• We guarantee all of our items to be exactly as described. Should you require additional information or photos before you make your purchasing choice, we encourage you to contact us.

• Our aim is to have satisfied customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we request that you notify us within 72 hours of item receipt to arrange for a return. We use delivery confirmation or package tracking on all of our shipments and consider the date delivered to be the date received.

• Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Item must be returned in the exact condition received.

• Refunds are for the purchase price less actual shipping costs to and from, unless we have made a mistake in the listing. We do not have a restocking fee.
