This is a rare Rookwood Pottery Brochure/Booklet. The latest date I can find in the booklet is 1911.
Rookwood received many awards for achievement and medals of honor during the early 1900's and
the most notable award received was the Grand Prix at the Paris Exposition Universelle in 1900. The front page of this booklet
says Grand Prix 1900.
This brochure contains information on Rookwood's history, Rookwood marks, decorators marks, honors, and museums.
It measures 4" x 6" and has a light brown cover with silver printing. There are about 11 pages of text.
It is in overall very good condition with the normal wear of ephemera from this time period.
The cover does have some small rips on the edges and a little bending in the corners. The decorator's marks page has a crease in it.
No stray writing or foxing. A great collectible for any ephemera or Rookwood Pottery collector.
