Original Sepia Photograph entitled "Water Rats" by Frank Meadows Sutcliffe (1857-1941). On the back of the matting, in pencil is written "Photographed by Frank Meadows Sutcliffe, Print by Wm. Eglan Shaw, 1978. Ref - FMS 115-10-38". Print itself measures 7 3/4" x 9 3/4". The photograph is in perfect condition, but the outer matting will need to be replaced.
