This is a large antique brass/bronze and art glass six sided hanging lamp. It will look spectacular in your Arts & Crafts/English Tudor Home or grand entrance hallway. The lamp socket is marked Bryant, Patented November 26, 1907 USA. Measurements: It measures 21" in diameter. Each side of the six panels measures 12" across. It is 17 1/2" in height, from the base to the top of the socket, not including the chain. The chain extends to approx. 18-20", and in the photo it is shown at a slightly shortened length.
The art glass panels are a creamy caramel color and are all original. There are (6) triangular panels and (6) rectangular panels. They are each held in place with metal tabs as shown. The ceiling cap is bell shaped and has simple wiring. Condition: I have left in as found, but would recommend that you have this rewired. The brass lamp shade has a nice old patina and is structurally in very good, solid condition. No breaks to the metal or any other areas of damage to the metal. There is a slight bend in the socket, but it doesn't interfere with the light bulb. One triangular panel is broken, as you can see in the photo. There is also a small corner missing from a rectangular panel, but this does not show at all.
